On Wednesday, July 8, the 2015 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour concluded the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Team Championship at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club (Green Course) in Williamsburg, VA. The course has served as host to multiple college events and was a great course for this two-day tournament. On Friday, July 3, the 2015 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour played the One-Day Open Series at Pinewood Country Club. Pinewood, host to many Carolinas junior and amateur events, was a great course for this one-day tournament. One-day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf.
