On Monday, May 26, the 2014 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour concluded the PKBGT BELL OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP at Country Club of Salisbury. The course proved tricky, but regardless, a great venue for the third championship event of the season. The event features a field of 59 players from the PKB Girls’ Golf Tour, the nation’s largest “girls’ only” junior tour with over 375 members in 2013 and 262 girls playing in or committed to collegiate golf.

The Walker Course, home of the Clemson University Tigers golf teams, was a great course for this two-day tournament. On Sunday, November 10, the 2013 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour played the second round of the PKBGT INVITATIONAL at Grandover Resort (East Course). Host of the annual Bridgestone Golf Collegiate tournament, the 2012 NCAA DI Men’s regionals, and the 2011, 2014 & 2015 NCAA DIII Men’s National Championship, Grandover Resort is a challenging course for this three-day event. On Saturday, November 9, the 2013 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour played the first round of the PKBGT INVITATIONAL at Grandover Resort (East Course). The course played 6,200 yards, but in actuality, the distance was even longer due to blustering winds throughout the day.
